This blog is not for the light-hearted or easily offended. If either one of those descriptions applies to you, i would suggest you start drinking before you read this blog. A sense of humor is suggested. If you don't have one that sucks for you … find one and get a life!
I’ve been doing a shit job on this blog and I’d really like to apologize. It’s not that I don’t want to continue it (although on some days I don’t) but mostly that my life has been taken up with bullshit stuff.
The stupid bees. That took forever and I had to deal with that and then since it was in the art room I had to move all that shit out of the way.
Speaking of art, I had painted some pictures for Andie and she kept saying that I was NEVER going to get them to her so I finally finished them (that’s how I discovered the bees) and then I decided to get them framed. Well, they were floating frames so you could see that I hadn’t painted the sides so then I had to paint the sides. They finally dried and we framed them but I still haven’t gotten hangers and now we have to take them down to Duke so you see how every little damn task takes forever.
The fish: remember how I got them a new tank and it came in a kit with a new pump. Well I don’t find the new pump very effective so now the water keeps getting dirty faster then it used to. The thing is that now the new tank is way, way too heavy to carry so I have to empty part of it and then refill it and it’s not a great method plus every time I take the top off the tank my cat thinks it’s time to have a snack.
Speaking of the cat I need to do the litter boxes but I can’t because my fucking back is still hurting.
Speaking of my back remember how I have the spine of a 70 year old??? Yeah, that so it’s still bugging me and I need to work out because I’m still trying to lose some weight. UGGGHHHH
The dog: don’t even!! This morning I walked out of the room and found him collapsed in a puddle of pee. So I had to lift him out and carry him outside so he could go to the bathroom. His legs keep collapsing and he’s still in a cone because he’s compulsively licking his feet and infecting them.
Seriously, Tucker is a full time job. He will be in the vets next week while Kevin and I go to Keely’s completely unsurprising party and I’m going to have them monitor him. I don’t know if we should keep him alive much longer. I don’t think he’s in pain but each day he regresses a bit more. I’m sad about it.
I need to tell you about Keely’s party: that can be another post.
So that’s what I’ve been up to.
I’m also behind on paper work.
And yesterday Daniel went to the emergency room
I sent Andie to see what was up.
These kids. Why can’t all these pests leave me alone?
And THAT’S why I haven’t been writing much.
